It was a damp and rainy fall evening. One of those days when I just wanted to throw off my boots, wear my pajamas, cuddle into my chenille throw, drink some hot tea spiced with ginger and cardamom and read a book. Just when I was searching for the perfect spot to settle, I looked up and saw the expectant face of Paxi wondering when I was going to create some dinner magic. That’s when reality settled in and I knew that the pajamas, throw and book will have to wait. Or did it? Poori with Potato Masala was perfect for this dank day and incredibly easy to make.
